So I just had some incredibly crispy air fryer wings and I doused them in Marie Sharps Beware sauce, then put them back in the air fryer for 1 minute.
Tasted really good and was spicy, but I need more heat. I have dabbled in sauces above the 800.000 SHU territory and they were definitely too spicy to enjoy and also tasted very artificial (extract).
I would like about 30-40% more spiciness. Any suggestions on a sauce that delivers both heat and taste? Ghost pepper? Scorpion?
