Does Nika Amashukeli deliver "crouch, bind, set!" with the most intensity out of all current refs?

I noticed his intensity in particular during the game on Saturday, he goes so hard and it really makes the scrums feel epic and like a proper battle.

New Zealand presses World Rugby on Springboks scrum tactics ahead of 2nd test

The pertinent part of the article:

New Zealand coach Dave Rennie said on Thursday they brought up scrum issues with World Rugby and hopes they filter to Australian referee Angus Gardner for the match on Saturday at Cape Town Stadium.

“The expectation is our scrum will be a lot better,” Rennie said. “We think if they’re forced to scrum square, not allowed to step sideways and walk around us, then we’ll be able to stay in front of that and be able to get footy going off that.”

Genuine question, what is the difference between a legal ball strip and illegally slapping the ball out of someone's hands?

This is not sour grapes as we were deservedly beaten on Saturday and the All Blacks were just better. But just for my personal knowledge, what is the major difference between the two actions?

Edit: sorry guys, a comment below has made me realise that I mixed up illegally slapping the ball out of a 9s hands and doing it legally in general play. I'll leave the post up since there is interesting debate.

Mirror image tries

With the first All Blacks test coming up I've been reminiscing with some old classic highlights and this Ricky Janurie try reminded me so much of Cobus Reinach's try against France last year so I wanted to see if I could try sync them up.

I think the worst part about all of this is that Fox 10 referred to New as a California resident when he's actually obviously a Arizona redisent 😡

They are trying to scupper his camping for governer by calling him Californian librul when he's done more for Arizona than anyone as a lifelong Arizona native.
