Breast milk and dairy intolerance?

My daughter is 12 weeks old and the doctor has recommended I go dairy free to help her stomach issues. She is on a hypoallergenic formula while her gut heals and I’ve been dairy free a week. Anyone with experience with this? Should I save my breastmilk to feed her once she is clear of symptoms or would it hurt her again? The plan was to save it for baths, rashes etc. but it really is a downer to have so much go to waste while I wean down.

For moms who’ve had babies who only slept while held-

Purely out of curiosity, when did this end? Did you take any special steps to help them sleep in their own safe space? My partner and I do shifts so we each get 5-6 hours of sleep but it could be much more and I’ve been on the couch since baby was born almost 13 weeks ago 🙁 not to mention it is a little sad and lonely sitting in the dark and quiet while baby sleeps. I know all babies are different but I’m just looking for advice/a glimmer of hope.
She will go down, but wake up 15-30 minutes afterwards. The transfer is not the issue. Here is what we’ve tried:
-slowly placing sleeping baby butt first into bassinet, keeping hand under head for a minute and the other on her chest.
-warming bassinet with a heating pad beforehand
-putting a shirt of mine in the bassinet to transfer my scent, same with a shirt of my husbands
-putting a drop of breastmilk on her swaddle to keep my scent near
-scooting the bassinet right up to the couch with the side down so she is practically inches away from me (there is still a small barrier so she won’t roll out, the side doesn’t go all the way down)
-putting her down drowsy but awake (never ever worked)
-white noise
-no white noise
-love to dream swaddle, Velcro swaddle
-even bought a halo BassiNest, the one that vibrates/rocks. Still no luck lol

Soooo basically everything. I just want to hear others experiences. She contact naps during the day and those naps are anywhere from 20 mins to an hour. We follow wake windows as closely as we can.
