Servers: I am moving to Philly - trying to transition from one fine dining job into another. How is that done?

I am currently employed at a spot with a Michelin recommendation. Been there for almost three years. It is fine dining and menu interrogations and wine knowledge are part of my day-to-day. Is that enough to be competitive right away or should I expect to spend some time in more casual restaurants before I can break through?
