Shout out to Enterprise branch staff over overbooking

We rented via the Enterprise website a simple 1 day one-way rental.

We made our way to the branch, only for them to tell us that they never (!) had the availability of the class we rented. Saying we should have called directly with the branch and checked for availability as the website barely has any view into branch inventory.

Thankfully, they were able arranged with another station few towns over and they drove us over there.

The whole ordeal took 2h but everyone at the branch was nice, even when shouted at by another customer with damage issues (which they dealt by ignoring them and serving other customers for like 30min straight).
