What does non-moralised self-narration actually look like?

There are a lot of conversations happening about morality and how the language of “good” and “bad” has become the default way we understand ourselves. In the spirit of de-centring morality (lol), what does non-moralised self-narration actually sound like? What kinds of explanations are left once we stop treating every preference, habit, and feeling as evidence of virtue or vice?

How do you describe yourself or your behaviour without immediately turning it into a story about being a good or bad person?

When was the last time you changed your mind?

I think changing your mind is an underrated act of courage. The pursuit of understanding requires us to be willing to outgrow our own ideas.
