First time in Paris: thoughts on my itinerary and where to spend a slow afternoon?

Hi! I’ll be visiting Paris for the first time in late November for three or four days, staying with my brother. Here’s my rough plan:
- Day 1: Notre-Dame, Île de la Cité, the Latin Quarter, and a walk along the Seine.
- Day 2: The Louvre, Palais Royal, and Tuileries, then perhaps the covered passages and the Opéra area.
- Day 3: The Eiffel Tower, Napoleon’s tomb at Les Invalides, and Pont Alexandre III.
- If I have a fourth day: Montmartre, without packing too much in.
Does this make sense geographically? Would you change anything?
I also really want to leave one afternoon or evening free to sit at an outdoor café, have a coffee, and just enjoy the neighborhood. I’m picturing an older street or small square, warm lights, and a relaxed atmosphere. In my head it feels a little like the French Quarter in New Orleans, though I know Paris has its own architecture. It doesn’t need to be fancy or expensive. If you could suggest a couple of streets, squares, or cafés where I might find that feeling, I’d really appreciate it.
One practical question: Will the métro get me easily to all these places? What ticket or pass would you recommend for three or four days, and how do I buy it?
Thanks for your help!
