‎What We Are Looking For:

‎Smart B-Roll Sourcing: You know how to find contextually relevant stock footage, archival clips, and visual metaphors (not just generic, unrelated stock videos).

‎Audio & Sound Design: Matching B-roll cuts with proper sound effects (whooshes, risers, ambient texture, Foley, UI clicks).

‎Visual Pacing & Motion: Smooth transitions, split-screens, punch-in zooms, and subtle motion graphics / kinetic overlays.

‎Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects ect.

‎Turnaround Time: 48 to 72 hours per project.

‎Pay Rates (Direct Bank Transfer / UPI):

‎Long-Form Videos: ₹1000 to ₹5000+ per video (dependent on complexity, runtime, and graphics depth).

‎Shorts / Reels: ₹300 to ₹1000 per short.

‎High-volume pipeline: editors who deliver quality get recurring weekly workloads.
