I grew up in the QC and my family and I are contemplating returning after 10 years away. I’m wondering if anyone has recently had experience with a new construction home build in the area? Is there a company you’d recommend?

We’ve never done one before so I’m also curious about your overall experience… construction loans and how that works with general mortgage, how customized style wise they allow you to do, how long it took, locations, etc.

We are an interracial couple with biracial kids so would prefer to be in an area with Black folks.

Seeking advice from folks who have gone to Icahn Stadium!

I will be staying in Manhattan and will have a 2 year old (while 7 months pregnant) who is traveling with me. We are planning to go to USA track championships but I’m struggling with the logistics.

To me, it looks like we can bring a stroller and car seat (if we uber) into the stadium? Does anyone know if there is stroller parking somewhere on site?

I’m assuming our easiest option for arrival will be an uber which is why I’d have the car seat with me. If you think traveling from our hotel near Times Square to Icahn Stadium via train/walk is doable with just a stroller, I’m open to that too!!
