Jobaaj Learnings - Paid ₹29,700 for "100% Job Guarantee in 45-60 days." 5 months later - no job, not even proper promised support, consumer complaint filed. My own experience.
Posting this so others can make an informed decision before enrolling with Jobaaj Learnings.
Background: I am an MBA Finance graduate with no prior commerce background. In January 2026, I enrolled in Jobaaj Learnings' IB Fast-Track Placement Program after their executive explicitly promised complete hand-holding, video call doubt-clearing sessions whenever needed, only 2 projects to complete, and a guaranteed job in 45-60 days. Total amount paid: ₹29,700.
What was promised vs what happened:
- Job in 45-60 days → 5+ months later, no placement, no job
- Video call doubt-clearing sessions → Written response received: "Won't be possible"
- Complete mentor support → Same queries ignored 3+ times
- Constructive feedback → Vague bullet points, zero explanation
- "All assignments to be done with trainer's help" (written in their own contract) → Support denied at every step
- 2 projects → Now being asked for 3 (Not an issue but with this support it its taking me forever, 5 months already gone)
Specific incidents:
When I asked the mentor to elaborate on a model error, his response was - "Every candidate is working hard and submitting complete projects. This candidate will not be an exception." No explanation. No guidance. Just comparison.
My relationship manager changed her number without informing me and went unresponsive for days. When I finally reached her and requested a video call session - her written reply was "Won't be possible."
The exam model given to me was completely different from what was taught in the 300+ hours of program content. When I asked for help - "It's your exam, we can't assist."
Evidence I have:
- Call recording of enrollment promises made by their executive Devansh
- Written contract stating "All assignments to be completed with help of respective trainer"
- WhatsApp screenshot of support being denied
- Complete email trail showing contradictory responses from their team

My genuine advice to anyone considering Jobaaj: Before paying, ask them to show you LinkedIn profiles of 10 recently placed candidates. Ask for placement percentage with documented proof. Get every single promise in writing before transferring any money.
Has anyone else here had a similar experience with Jobaaj Learnings or any other edtech placement guarantee program?
