Axondyne AI Training is a Scam

I am chat interviewing with a company called Axondyne for AI trainer. Red flags during this process and I couldn't find anything on them, so I looked up the domain name info. It was registered the same day as the Indeed job listing, July 2nd. It's an old scam where they promise really great pay and benefits but they need to ship you a device. They want a $500 deposit. Please don't fall for it!

Is there a job scam going on in the name of Airport Authority of India (AAI) ?

Hey guys, my friend (is a fresher) recently had a phone call where the person is saying that he is the HR (before the call they gave some aptitude questions to submit) from AAI, he said that "you are selected as a Python Developer in AAI" and they offered 5.5 LPA (for training period of 90 days) after 90 days, it will be increased by 30% regarding the performance.

The main part is that, they asked cash (8500) for the company facilities they are providing (cab, food, stay) and they said that it will be refundable after joining to the company (the company is in Cochin international airport).

They asked docs like pan, adhaar, address etc... and that has been send !

So what you think guys ? Has anyone faced issues like this ?

This is the HR's number : 070782 89882

New Wave Executives- Tampa, Florida

"Company" Website: https://newwaveexecutives.com/meet-the-team/

I accepted a position with New Wave Executive as a Community Outreach Coordinator, where I was told I would be coordinating fundraising events for the United Breast Cancer Foundation. The job posting advertised a full-time, on-site position with high weekly earnings, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations.

After only two days, I chose to leave because I found the work to be both physically and mentally demanding. Contrary to what I expected from the job posting, I was not provided benefits, paid time off, sick leave, or mileage reimbursement for required travel.

The daily schedule consisted of unpaid morning meetings beginning around 9:00 a.m., followed by "field work" from approximately 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. During this time, employees were expected to approach members of the public at various outdoor locations throughout Florida to solicit donations for families affected by breast cancer. In my experience, there were no designated lunch breaks, and basic accommodations such as water, sunscreen, or shade were not provided despite the long hours spent outdoors in the Florida heat.

Employees were also expected to attend multiple evening meetings each week, including on scheduled days off. These meetings focused on reviewing daily performance, and employees were required to take notes and send photos of those notes to their assigned mentor.

Based on my experience, the company appears to recruit heavily from recent college graduates and individuals seeking stable, entry-level careers. Employees were expected to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, leaving little opportunity for work-life balance.

Another concern was that the office operated under a different name than the one listed in the job advertisement. The office itself was sparse, and I was told the alternate name was used to keep the focus on the United Breast Cancer Foundation. This raised questions for me about the company's transparency.

I also had concerns about how the business was structured. During my research, I found what appeared to be other offices in different states that seemed to operate in a similar manner under related ownership. While I cannot verify how donated funds are ultimately allocated, the overall operation left me questioning how much of the money raised directly benefits the charitable cause.

This review reflects only my personal experience. I encourage anyone considering a position with this company to thoroughly research the role, ask detailed questions about compensation, benefits, work expectations, and reimbursement policies before accepting an offer.

Your time, physical well-being, and mental health are valuable. If your goal is to support breast cancer patients or work in nonprofit fundraising, there are many organizations that provide a more transparent and supportive work environment.

Razorpay Internship scam 🚨

Last year, I joined Razorpay as a SDE intern with a performance-based PPO. Like every other intern, I gave it everything because, let's be honest, an FTE at Razorpay is a dream for a lot of fresh grads.

We were all expecting conversion results by the end of May or the first week of June.

But apparently that would've been too simple.

In the first week of June, we were told there'd be an AI + LLD bar-raiser round, and only after that would manager reviews and interviewer feedback be considered for PPOs.

Fair enough. We prepared. Many of us cleared it.

Then came the masterpiece.

On 26th June—4 days before our internship ended—the company finally announced the results.

5% conversion.

If the hiring plan was always going to be this low because of IPO, budgets, or business priorities, that's completely fine. Companies don't owe everyone a PPO.

But making interns wait till the literal last week, throwing in an extra interview round, letting everyone believe conversions were still on the table, and then dropping a **5% conversion rate** four days before the internship ended?

Peak corporate performance.

The funniest part? The internship wasn't performance-based. It was hope-based.

10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend planning your career around radio silence and last-minute plot twists.

JOB SCAM ALERT- Handshake- Data Entry

Hey everyone just wanted to share awareness of a scam on the handshake student platform. Be mindful of these “Remote Data Entry Specialist” positions, especially if you apply and they respond by telling you to text the “task officer” for next steps/interview. It’s a scam. They will conduct a text interview and make it seem like you’re having a legit conversation then they will offer you the job and if accepted they will send you a check to purchase software/hardware for the job (so that you do not have to pay out of pocket) from a provided vendor. If you make it that far, you’ll be depositing a check that is fraudulent and may also end up a victim of identity theft. It’s sad that it’s already tough getting interviews due to AI weeding out our resumes, but now you also have to figure out if the job postings are legit. And yes, the companies are legit “registered” companies, but that doesn’t stop the scam.

Beware of Jobaaj: Multiple students report refund issues, poor placement support and misleading promises. Watch All reviews sites.

https://www.reddit.com/r/JobScams/s/lFK9thgenM

I’m posting this so that students do proper research before paying Jobaaj. After reading various user experiences across Reddit and review platforms, recurring complaints include refund problems, weak placement assistance, poor communication after payment, and dissatisfaction with how job guarantees were explained. If you are considering joining, read the terms carefully, speak to previous students, and verify placement claims independently.

Customer reported paying around ₹25,000 for a course and later finding similar offers at much lower prices, leading to a feeling of being overcharged.

Multiple users online have reported negative experiences, including a lack of direct connections with HR professionals or recruiters, limited placement assistance, difficulty obtaining refunds, poor communication after payment, and concerns that the marketing promises did not match their actual experience.

When you ask for placement, they say that your profile does not match, we cannot help and all the excuses coming out.

The support is of no use after making payment.

When asked for refund they deny and accuse for giving a negative review. Consumers have the right to share honest reviews and feedback about their experience with a course or service. A company should address genuine customer concerns and feedback in a fair and transparent manner rather than attempting to make refunds conditional upon the removal of negative reviews.
