Does YouTube support HDR playback in brave mobile browser like it does in the app?

I have a question about YouTube HDR playback on mobile devices.

When a YouTube video supports HDR, the YouTube app can play it in HDR. But what about brave mobile browser?

  • Does YouTube support HDR playback in mobile browsers like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox?
  • Does this work on both Android and iOS?
  • Is there any difference in HDR playback between the YouTube app and the browser?
  • If I watch the same HDR video in a browser, will YouTube actually stream it in HDR, or will it fall back to SDR?

I'm specifically asking about YouTube HDR playback in brave mobile browser.

Brave's "YouTube Members-only Video Blocker" filter doesn't work on PC. Is it mobile-only?

Hi everyone,

I'm using Brave Browser on Windows, and I've enabled the "YouTube Members-only Video Blocker (Remove YouTube Members video advertisements)" filter in Shields → Content Filtering.

I also:

  • Updated all filter lists.
  • Manually clicked Update for the ad blocker filters.
  • Restarted Brave.

However, YouTube still keeps showing the "Get more from memberships" section with members-only videos on the homepage (see screenshots).

My questions are:

  1. Does this filter actually work on desktop (PC), or is it only meant for mobile?
  2. If it should work on desktop, is there something I'm missing?
  3. Is this a bug, or has YouTube changed something that broke the filter?

I'm using the latest version of Brave, and this happens every time I open YouTube.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I am a fresher preparing for an O2C (Order-to-Cash) role. I know the specific O2C interview questions, but I don't know the basic accounting questions that get asked. Could anyone tell me what kind of accounting questions they will ask?

Preparing for my first O2C interview. Will questions be based on the JD or my resume?

Hey everyone,

I am preparing for an entry-level O2C (Order-to-Cash) role, and this is going to be my very first corporate interview. I'm a bit nervous and had a doubt regarding the interview structure.

Can anyone who has cleared corporate interviews (like TCS or similar firms) clarify how interviewers typically frame their questions?

  • Do they focus more on the technical keywords mentioned in the Job Description (JD) (like Aging reports, Cash Apps, DSO)?
  • Or do they drill down into whatever is written on the Resume (accounting basics, projects, gaps)?

Any advice on what topics to prioritize would be a huge help. Thanks in advance!

Is knowledge of journals and ledgers mandatory for a fresher interviewing for an O2C role in India?

I am a fresher from India preparing for an entry-level Order-to-Cash (O2C) process role.

I wanted to know if having a strong grasp of basic journal entries and ledger accounting is absolutely mandatory for the technical interview? Since I do not have prior domain experience, what specific accounting and O2C concepts should I focus on to clear the evaluation? Any guidance would be highly appreciated.
