I've been trying to get on my freaking app and it seriously won't do anything, I've even tried the website and have tried doing it on different devices as well as with wifi and without. I've been trying for a few hours now and I couldn't even get it to load the chat with customer service, I tried calling the 800 but it's just a dumb ai bot that really couldn't tell me anything. I know I can't fix it, I guess I'm just wondering if it is somehow just me for some reason lol today's been shit anyways so it might just be me idk.
