this is the gif im talking about, from what i can tell its very old and very likely an old cyriak gif, however his website seems to be broken and im unable to see his old gifs to corroborate this, does anyone maybe have an archive of cyriak's old works? website below

i remember seeing this creepy gif years ago so i started to try and find its origin but i havent been able to find anything besides it possibly being linked to cyriak

this is MOORE UNION, located in illinois, by creating a fake decoy town named "moore union" the slabbers will become attracted to all those overpasses and as such will proceed to slab it instead of the real town, due to both the overpasses and trains there will be no way to deny an EF9's existance, thus breaking the forever long EF9 drought
