Is it normal to feel the backpod kind of pushing your spine bones to the side when used on the spine, or feeling a bit of sharpness when you try to make your spine dead center on the backpod?

Title.
Also idk if this is related, but my back only feels locked up/stiff when I wake up every morning. I honestly don’t remember if it’s always been like this (I’ve had costo for months but less than a year)

prof/course recommendations for HNPG018?

I'm an incoming freshman in the honors program, and I'm leaning towards 18 instead of 16 or 17 as it seems to the easier, more flexible option out of the 3. Are there any professors or courses here I want or should avoid if I want to get an easy A without spending too much time that might take away from my major requirements and ECs and all that?

I get that some of these courses might be here for the first time, but I was hoping if anyone had experiences with these professors.

Or, does choosing within this list not really matter and they're all generally the same (besides the actual content ofc)?

do you have any risk of getting rescinded or withheld or wtv if you don't submit scores of self-reported and planned AP exams?

I self reported 5's on bio and chem on my application, as well as listing 4 other tests I took later on in senior year.

However, I am predental, and I want to take intro bio and chem during my freshman year so I can get a nice GPA boost from taking a course I already know the content of.
ik ucr has a policy in that only classes taken at ucr count to your gpa, so I do not want to submit my AP scores to ucr so that I can retake the courses and get a gpa boost.

my question is would not sending ap scores/tests i listed on my application be considered something like me trying to hide something from them, lying on my application, etc. and put me at risk for getting rescinded?

thank you

edit: it seems like on my portal I have to submit at least bio and chem, so ig that's that.
now my question is:

DURING ORIENTATION/ADVISING CAN MY COUNSELOR MAKE IT SO THAT THEY SOMEHOW DON'T APPLY MY AP CREDIT AND I CAN TAKE INTRO BIO/CHEM, MATH 7A (assuming I get a 5 on bc) FOR GPA?

Gsc St. Louis swimsuit

Great figure but mine came with these stain things. I could clean them on my own but then there are the ones under her sarong so that sucks.

She has 2 faceplates but the way her hair is (you need to take off the bangs to switch faces) I feel like I might break it if I even try. And the removable head, at least on my copy, does leave a not too pleasant gap between the back of her head and her neck from a certain angle.
