I have a toilet on the first floor that blocks up on the second flush. If left for an hour or so it returns back to normal.

From what I have read here it’s due to a blockage further down the line.

I have tried plunger and a snake to no avail. Any advice?

I have attached a video of me plunging it and the pipe moves slightly from behind the roller.
