Large expense management

What’s the best way manage large one-time expenses, like trips or house projects?

I’ve been saving up to replace my driveway and have a related savings goal. When I’m charged, it’ll hit my Home Expense category, but my budget only has my standard monthly budget amount.

Change to r/MicrosoftTeams: User Flair Requirement

Hey everyone!

To help improve conversations, make troubleshooting easier, and provide better context for posts and comments, we will require all members of r/MicrosoftTeams to select a user flair before creating a post or comment.

Why are we making this change?

This subreddit supports many different audiences - admins, end users, developers, consultants, educators, frontline workers, and more. Adding user flair helps community members quickly understand the perspective someone is coming from when asking questions or offering advice.

User flairs should help:

  • Improve the quality of responses
  • Reduce confusion in technical discussions
  • Make it easier to identify expertise and experience
  • Better categorize post types and roles within the community

Please take a moment to select your appropriate user flair. If you don't see a relevant user flair, please

How do I add user flair?

On desktop:

  1. Open the r/MicrosoftTeams subreddit
  2. Look for User Flair in the sidebar
  3. Click the edit/pencil icon
  4. Choose your flair and save

On mobile:

  1. Open r/MicrosoftTeams
  2. Tap the menu in the top-right
  3. Select Change user flair
  4. Pick your flair and save

Thanks for helping us make r/MicrosoftTeams more useful, organized, and welcoming for everyone. 💙

Managing contacts when they change companies

How does your organization manage contacts when they change companies? Do you deactivate the original contact record and create a new one under the new account? Or do you change the account on the existing contact?

For example, Bob leaves CompanyA and starts a new job at CompanyB. CompanyA and CompanyB are not related.
