Hello all, bendiciones!!
Thought I’d ask here since I don’t have many people to ask IRL. What base is used when making crowns for orishas? Whether it’s a crown for a persons head (to wear), or one to sit on a sopera, what material is usually used? I’m supposed to make two crowns (one for each godparent) and I know how to sew and do beadwork designs but I really don’t know what to use to put the fabric onto and I don’t have anybody that I can ask. Also, when you have a base, is the fabric glued down onto it or sewn in? I’m really just at my wits end here 🤣. Thank you in advance to anybody willing to help me out 🙏🏽

Bendición. Hello everybody. Im wondering if anybody has some information they can share about the road ataramawa/ataramagba/ataramagua? Nothing about what happens in the room, in ceremonies, or regarding anything else that should not be shared openly in that sense… only wondering about known patakis or specific colors for this particular road.
