I’m researching local dive shops for some refresher courses. This negative review makes me want to dive with them. There are so many arrogant divers out there and these are the people that will get someone else killed.

Hi can someone try to troubleshoot my baguettes? The score line doesn’t seem to be working. It’s a sudden problem that keeps happening. I score deep (maybe too deep). I thought it was originally because my house is super cold and I wasn’t allowing enough time for the dough to rise, but I found a fix to that issue. Maybe it still needs more time or less. The inside looks good (maybe a little dense if anything) and it still tastes good. The recipe I got from a baker in France. The dough felt right, but clearly something is going wrong. Also I know they are not straight (I’m still working on my transfers to the pizza stone. Any help would be welcome and thanks in advance!
