I wouldn't mind the odd one or two, but sometimes I will say something like, "I have no choice but to send you cute videos." and it transcribed it as "adios" or something way different.
edit: I just said 'can you move yours' and it came back as 'reviews' wtf
edit 2: i said "I live with four strangers, but I never see them " > "Closed Captioning by Kris Brandhagen. brandhagen@gmail.com"??
So I randomly got logged out.
I no longer have access to the number used to create the account with Hinge. I've tried submitting a ticket. I've tried emailing them but keep getting the same automated response, even requesting a human review. Is the only option to ask them to delete my account so I can make a fresh new one? This is not ideal because I want my old matches back.
I keep getting this same reply which doesnt help problem:

The recent login issue you experienced has now been resolved, and you should be able to create an account or log back in as usual. If you're still having trouble signing in or creating an account, we also recommend trying your Apple ID or Google Account as an alternative login method.
After successfully logging into your profile, you can connect your Apple ID or Google Account to your Hinge profile within the app:
1.Tap the Photo icon on the bottom right of the navigation bar
2. Tap the Gear icon
3. Scroll down to the Connected Accounts section
Linking one of these provides a backup login option so you're not reliant on SMS in the future.
