Been wanting to get rid of the extra body fat on my body I'm right around 170lbs 30 years old. Try to eat about 2990 calories a day 300g carbs 100g fat 150g protein but hit around 190g of protein. I at least get 12,000 steps every day in the gym 5 days a week would like to go 6 days a week if not busy. Focus on compound movements like deadlifts body weight Pull-Ups and lifting heavy especially with amount of carbs I'm taking in a daily. Reconstituted the reta last night completely clear not cloudy its 20MG. Should last me 20 weeks if I don't get the results I'm looking for I may do another 20 weeks and that's at most. My family always give me shit about doing shit and they're not giving me shit about doing reta. Which has me worried lol. I just need to stop being a bitch 😆
