New Business Customer
We just moved into our new facility in Mukilteo. We were told on the phone they could get us connected in under a week. Setup the appointment and now it’s been rescheduled twice with just an automated email and no other info. Now we are a month out from our original order date. It’s really impacting business for us.
I used to love Ziply, now lots of price hikes and it seems declining customer service has me second guessing my choice here.
Are business customers generally happy with the service here? Or can we expect more issues and price hikes?
Should I just cancel the install and go with cable? I do t REALLY need the gigabit upload speed, and it’s much cheaper and can be connected in a couple of days.
Trying to get some insight and opinions.
