Well this is something! This article is about the Havens case (although they never say that or give you a link to the actual court case, but following other links in this, yes it’s Havens they are talking about) the trump administration is saying that they had a “glitch” that erased the income of Heather Havens and the other plaintiffs to $0. that works against our case because if their income is 0, and it’s not, then the argument is they wouldn’t benefit from SAVE or PAYE anyway. Pretty odd coincidence that this “glitch” happened to all 5 people in this specific case🙄 what are the odds?
