Is it a mistake to take a winning ad, and put it in a new campaign for the purposes of testing?

Hi guys,

So I've got a couple 'high performing' ads which I want to continue to do further testing on.

Here are the stats:

  1. One has $338 spent with a 1.8 roas

  2. One has $111 spent with a 1.2 roas

  3. One has $6 spend with a 5.6 roas (lol)

I'm scared to touch number 1 because it's been what's helping my business grow, but also worried about fatiguing (1.7 frequency). Let's say I wanted to test variables like advantage placement vs manual, or advantage creatives vs all of them off, would I be screwing myself by touching it and messing around?

If I take the ad number 1, and duplicate it into a new campaign with 2 ad sets testing different landing pages, SHOULD I end up with roughly the same results as now?

I'm sorry if I'm not being clear enough, this is still new to me and I'm sure I'm not making any sense lol. Thanks in advanced.

Your ad account doesn't have access to pixel ___

Hi guys, currently trying to properly set up my ad account.

I have 2 ads running, previoulsy I had the wrong pixel setup for the catolge/data set/etc.

Since then, I've updaetd all permissions/accesses/etc on commerce/business/etc. manager. Even gotten rid of the old pixel.

However now when I try to publish the ads with the right pixel, I get an error saying my ad account doesn't have access to pixel xyz which is the OLD ONE I deleted, and the new one shows properly as well on the tracking dropdown.

Anyone deal with something similar? Thank you.
