Picked up some armo(artvgl) recently, and 50mg feels surprisingly strong. I stay alert for hours, but I also get a slight headache and feel a bit lightheaded. Do some brands hit harder than others?

I got some Modvigl from Rushfinil and ngl it hit way stronger then i thought. Even at just 50mg im getting a bit of a headache and feel kinda dizzy, but it also keeps me wide awake and focused all day. I wasnt expecting it to be this potent tbh. Has anyone else tried this brand? Is it normal for it to feel this strong compared to other brands? Maybe im just more sensetive to it.
