4 year old refuses to poop on potty with a bare butt. Pees with no issues on potty. Physically aware of when he needs to poop. He absolutely has to have a pull up on or he will withhold his poop. Will never poop in underwear, has to be the pull-up. I am seriously at my wits end. He is starting pre-K in the fall and I can’t do this anymore. I am terrified of him getting constipated so I ultimately give in and now it’s causing problems between me and my husband. What can I do?! Just let him hold it until it hurts when he poops? Like seriously, I feel like that would just be even worse!
