Quick question for Starbucks baristas—do you guys know about the little side pouch on the bagel bags?
I feel like it's a genius feature because it keeps the cream cheese and knife out of the main bag, but it almost never gets used. is that just a 'secret' design feature, or is it just not a thing to use it?
