My wife and I play this game where I hear a loud noise and ask her, “was that a gunshot?” (It never is.) we live on beacon near the reservoir and woke up at 3:30 am to a pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop. Both of us sat up straight from a dead sleep and she said “THAT was gunshots.” A few min later, heard a bunch of sirens. It’s hard to tell at night where noises come from, sounds travel up the hill and bounce around. To me it sounded like it was right near the reservoir, to her it sounded more like it came from down near Bridge. Anyone have any info? Is there a Gunshots of Lowell or Sirens of Lowell fb group? I only feel like I know what’s going on if helicopters are involved.
