New Machine DOA

Hi all! I just received my machine on Thursday (5/14/26), took it out of the box and set it up. Got to the ink injection part and I keep getting the x-axis error.
I did all the troubleshooting and am now in a frustrating back and forth with support.

Is it normal to receive a machine that is basically DOA?

I also don’t understand how they expect normal people, like me, to get into the wires and sensors and to check things and possibly replace things when I have no experience in that type of work and worry I am making things worse.

Sure, you might be saying, “But it’s so easy.” Good for you then. This machine wasn’t marketed with a label stating you’d need to know how to replace the inner workings of a fragile system. Maybe they should add that.

I thought getting this machine would be fun. It’s not so far.
