my first real boots
finally settled on the greasy 10 eye grippies after a bunch of returns & exchanges (like if i did one more i’m afraid i’d be banned from ordering again 😭). i tried a bunch of docs & hated how they fit but these are perfect! pretty snug everywhere but roomy in the toes in my normal size with the solovair insoles & thic wool boot socks. my only gripe is idk if they have a blacksmith just wacking out the steel toes but the left boot toebox (from my view) is a bit more round & wide so that one is a little comfier & loose in the toes. right boots not tight by any means but my toes feel like they’re in a boot whereas the left boot my toes feel like they’re in my birkenstock sandals lol. my mom said she used to wear military boots when she was younger so i’m glad the steelies worked out bcuz they remind me of her :) i got some otter leather salve for conditioning & a horse hair brush when they need cleaning. thx for making cool boots nps 👌🏽 oh & idk if this goes away but i sound like spongebob walking around in these 😆
