I'm looking to re-enter the Market after being laid off. Want honest opinion on resume and how it can be improved to get at least an interview from where I can sell myself. Don't have an exact industry in mind as don't have a lot of technical knowledge. More of a learn on the job kind of guy

So I have just been laid off and it has been long since I have created a resume. Just wanted to know if what I have created is good enough to enter the market. Honest criticism welcome. What seems to be missing or can be improved.
