So no driver in the world can fix this?

I tried every setting possible that comes to mind

So i got this for $350

It's not used just an opened box and replaced hard drive with 1 TB one and i got like 7 other games with it all in clean condition so the question is should i jailbreak it or not and i update it to 4.92 before the new update 4.93 because i got it like 10 months ago

What do you guys think?
