Silhouette cartridge sticking when trying to register?

Hello! I am posting here as i have tried every tool at my disposal, so far i have: updated my computer and silhouette, reset the machine, matte taped over registration marks, used sharpie over registration marks, adjusted lighting, and am only using inverted orientation and manual registration. I am making stickersheets so i keep the inset as wide as possible to fit everything. What i think is the issue is that for some reason the sensor/ blade is not going fully to the right, even when doing manual registration it will not move. Due to this it is not reading the registration marks (the bottom right one seems to be the biggest issue) I can move the cartridge freely and back and forth when it is off but when on its like it gets stuck in this one spot. Any advice would be greatly appreciated (especially if it means i can salvage the 5 pages i already printed 💀) I included 2 pics to show where its getting stuck.

moved and new local post office isnt scanning letter packages

Ok so i’m kind of at my wits end because i just moved recently and my new usps post office is not scanning in my letter packages. I sell a significant amount of stickers and mini prints which i ship by letter with etsy labels. For some reason my local post office is not scanning them and i’m very worried they’ve lost them as i have 4 orders i shipped out on 7/13/2026 that are only showing status of label printed. Their office is closed now but if i call is there anything they can do with it being an etsy label? Or is there any way to contact them that isnt the usps general AI number? I always pay for shipping insurance but im really worried that it wont be covered since they never scanned it in to start and I’ll have to remake and reship each order. Any advice here is appreciated 🙏🏻🙏🏻
