Why do so many dogs hump him at the dog park?

Why do so many dogs hump him at the dog park?

I’m not the biggest fan of dog parks, but it’s what we’ve got right now.

Klaus is humped constantly. Dogs who “never” hump chase him down and go to town. He ignores it to a point, but will correct the dogs if it’s too much for him. He was neutered 9 months ago and has never really humped.

He doesn’t initiate it. He stares at me and waits for me to throw him his ball. He ignores the other dogs as best as he can. He’s got a great recall so I have him come back to me and stop the dogs from getting to him.

It’s at the point where I’m probably going to stop bringing him, but any idea why it’s such a problem?

Whose pillow is it anyway?

I can’t believe he turns 2 in a couple of months. Did anyone see any big changes after 2?

First time!

I’ve never mounted a TV so I can fully thank this sub for steering me in the right direction.

I can confidently say the center of the screen is 42” from the floor.

It’s day 4 in a new apartment so a console table is coming soon. Klaus is there for reference.

Thanks a lot!
