Got my first e-reader - KLC. Thanks to everyone here for answering my queries.

I like this e-reader. Nothing more to say about the good things - it has already been told lots of times. I would rather like to talk about somethings I noticed

• Screen-door effect: During normal reading conditions, I don't notice the screen-door effect at all, except if I bring the e-reader really close to my eyes (at that distance I can't even read). Some people said, the screen-door effect becomes visible in high brightness. I tried and didn't notice ig. In fact I can't keep it at high/full brightness, it's so bright it feels kinda like looking at a light bulb. xD.
• Colours: People said colours are muted. That's ok. But I feel it's kinda pixelated and jittery. Yeah ig that's because of 150ppi? Should I post a picture of coloured stuff so that you people can tell if it's normal? Another thing, I set the colour mode to G2 but I feel it didn't change anything. 😅. Is it safe to change that settings? If it is safe, why did they hide it behind developer mode? Btw, the black texts are crisp, no jittery or pixelated stuff there, I feel.
• Contrast: Yeah the background is kinda grey (not crisp white) like newspaper ig. But I turned on warm light and it became yellow and it looks like paperback novels. I'm happy 😊
• Screen Glare: The screen has a bit of glare. So don't expect to be able to read from every angle. I can't really describe what angles are good, you just need to get the device in your hands to see.
• Account creation: Not a big deal. But I thought Kindle forces you to link account (as far as I understood), Kobo maybe won't. But I needed to link an account to start. Nowadays, I feel almost every device from Windows 11 to Android to these e-readers (except desktop Linux xD) is forcing us to link an online account. Sometimes, I just prefer to use my device without binding it to an online account 🤷‍♂️. But as I said, not a very big deal, just created an account.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. This is my very first e-ink device. So I can't really compare xD. Do tell me any tips and tricks that can help me take care of my e-reader or enhance my reading experience.

I see people complaining that the Fatui were supposed to be evil — so why are they being cute and playing and stuff.

But,

Can't bad guys have fun?

Can't bad guys have friends? Can't they play and drink tea and party?

Someone may be bad to certain people but good to others.

Signora was rude to the Traveller and Venti and Raiden. That doesn't mean she would be rude to her friends.

I realised that the Fatui harbingers are not evil for the love of the game (except Dottore the chad, maybe). They are just military agents doing missions given by their queen. As such they would have enemies and friends too.

And I see people talking about retcon. idk. maybe the story is retconed (idk if this word exists. I just learnt the word "retcon" today. I guess the past tense would be "retconed"). But that's not the topic of this post.

I want to buy this e-reader Kobo Libra Colour. I checked price history and the price was consistently around Rs. 19,999 since the beginning but just few months back it became Rs. 23,999. Why so much increase?

Anyway my main question is - Should I buy this now or wait for possible price drop? Can I expect big discount on this during Prime Day Sale or similar?
