I.tried 2 retinols Jan marini luminate and retinol plus but it gaves me some breakouts so I would like to know wich retinol should I use and avoid breakouts?

Hi there I would like to know wich retinol could I use. For reference I'm a 34 years old woman and my main concern is anti aging and wrinkles.

Hi I used Tret 0.5 and 0.25 for like 15 years with no irritation. I mean that's what I thought but my derm made me a 4D facial scan and saw so much redness that I stopped using Tret for like a month or so and agreed with my derm to schedule for the next month a laser for the redness. So I came to my laser appointment and my derm made me again do the 3D skin scan and saw no redness. So we agreed it was all because of tret and cancel my laser because I was no longer nedeed so my derm told me to use retinol or retinal but I'm lost I would love to have your recomandations :)
