Anyone know if there's a service (not owner's) manual?

I'd like to learn to work on the bike myself as much as possible. Anyone know where I can download/buy it online?

Is the front sprocket normally this noisy?

Put 5000km on this bike so far and the noise has started to bother me recently. I cleaned and lube the sprocket and chain after this and it got quiet for a while during riding but the noise started to come back. Maybe it's too tight? Too loose?
