Prints suddenly refuse to stick to plate, can’t seem to trouble shoot the problem.
Howdy all. I have a Saturn 2 that is suddenly giving issues and I can’t seem to resolve it. Wondering if the community has ideas. The failures seem to be flat bottom layers that just stick to the nfep film. I use lychee slicer and the line support raft usually gives no issues.
To sum up my attempts to fix:
Screen works, I’ve tested it.
New nfep film installed correctly.
Leveled build plate (and re-leveled just to double be sure)
I’ve tested a model several times now that USED to print just fine, now about a month or so later nothing prints.
The model is a miniature size creature with its center body being the largest part. If I try to print the body alone with nothing else dead center of the screen, it prints fine. The moment you put other parts, none of it prints. I have rearranged the model parts to spread out suction forces or weight distribution, and I’ve increased exposure of bottom layers, did some scuffing of the plate with sandpaper too.
At wits end, can’t figure out what’s wrong.
