Is this a root or something else?
I swear I saw this little tendril moving. Is it a root or some weird worm… 😅
Should I snip it? Or cut the stem and repot it as a new plant?

I bottom-watered the two small pots a few days ago, but the leaves are still soft and wrinkly. Should I water them again? I’ve had some bad experiences with overwatering so I’m trying to be careful.
These all hang out on the same window sill so they get the same amount of sunlight. The mama plant seems to be doing fine and I haven’t watered her in a couple weeks now.
Should I be concerned about the coloration on the leaves? Also, the white stuff seems a little powdery. Do I need to clean it off or just leave it be?
This fell off a larger stem earlier, but I saw new leaves budding so I’ve been doing my best to save it. Right now, the bottom two leaves are basically holding it up in the pot. I’m wondering if I should eventually cut those off so there’s a longer stem to plant into the soil?
The branches on the left fell off, leaving the large stem on the right. I replanted both and let them be for awhile, thinking all was good. But when I touched the stem, it felt hollow. I pulled it out to check the roots and this is what it looks like now. I need a neutral 3rd party to tell me it’s time to let it go, and focus on the other plant that seems to be thriving.
Or is there any possibility of nursing the stem back to life?
I had a larger stem fall apart and so I kept all the leaves, let them sit for 2 days to callous, and then set them on this succulent blend soil, didn’t water at all, set on a window sill.
They all looked fine the first two weeks, but this is how it’s going now. Are the browning ones beyond saving? How can I make sure the green ones continue to grow?
