I'm frustrated. I ordered a replacement card to France from capital one in December. Never arrived. I've been on the phone with them for over an hour, having spoken to three people, and there's no end in sight.

Schwab got me off the phone in less than ten minutes and the first person I spoke to was able to help.

I've had my capital one quicksilver card for over a decade but I'm going to replace it. Any suggestions?

Can someone double check my understanding of spa day?

I need Lipase, Ammonia, Oxygen, and Detergent.

I have a liquid detergent with lipase. I have oxygen powder. I have 10% ammonia.

I need 1/4 cup of oxygen powder AND 2T of liquid or powder detergent per gallon of soaking water. I need 1/2 cup of 10% ammonia.

I fully dissolve the oxygen powder and detergent in the soaking tub based on the ratio given. Put the clothes in and weigh them down so they're fully submerged.

After 12-24 hours, drain the water and put the clothes in the washing machine. Before adding the clothes to the washer, put a scoop of oxygen powder in the bottom of the drum (front loading machine). Add the clothes and pour 1/2 cup ammonia on top of the wet clothes. Quickly close the door. Add the liquid detergent to the slot for it in the machine.

Please let me know if I'm confusing something.
