Just surpassed 10,000 observations - an endangered Australian moth!

The Bogong Moth (Agrotis infusa) is having a wonderful boom year with the number of iNat observations up from 5400 in July to over 10,000 in October! This is really fantastic news and encouraging. Congratulations to anyone who has contributed to their recovery in any way.

What can I do in this situation?

I saw a limping brush turkey today and I felt like there was not much I could do for it. It seemed to be surviving despite probably being in considerable amount of pain. But now I’m wondering if there was something I could have done. What is the general advice in this situation?
