Realistically how is the scenario of indian pilots shifting to international airlines? Is it like something really difficult to happen? How likely are indian pilots to be accepted in these airlines abroad? Also if u are an air india pilot do u get higher chances of getting into Singapore airlines?(obv considering the same process for all pilots)
