1. RXoms must work 40 hours a week and can’t be less
2. Store managers can’t see the survey eval we answered recently

2. off weekends only

3. no staff pharmacist

4. Some people may like to be off weekends but I’d rather work every other weekend and have freedom to do some life necessities midweek. I feel so stuck🥹

5. I have requested to transfer but they can’t seem to find a replacement. People say this schedule is ideal but why can’t they find a replacement for me so I can move to another district ?

6. When I get important phone calls I can’t take the calls because I’m always at work nor can I call companies etc that are only open during the week. Like for example I can’t call the IRS about a very important letter because they’re only open during the week.

7. And by the way it’s lonely not having another pharmacist lol

8. I have been willing to have a huge pay cut to have my normal life back. Please any takers? Lol

The powers that be make sure they make up for the slowness haha 🤣
