I read that it is warned against trying to force the process. What happens if you do? Can anyone speak from personal experience or heard any examples?

Hello everyone im new to all this and well I've been listening to some of the tapes and researching the history behind them and robert monroe for a few weeks now and I was just wondering some things. Mainly the title question. How does patterning work and what are its limits? I have looked into the core idea of how if you think of something in Focus 12 and think of it as it has already happened that you can pattern it into reality but my main question is what are it limits? Like how does the request get delivered to you in the physical world? Does it rearrange pre existing things or create new ones in the universal hologram? How long can it take? I heard some people say months but once it does come is it instant or slow? And probably the one I have had the hardest time getting the answer too what happens if I pattern for a outcome that contradicts history? Like not necessarily time traveling or rewrite history more so a outcome in the present that contradicts it. Thank you all!

Tell me about some interesting cryptids we got here? I know about the white thing and seen a black panther with my own eyes but I am curious about others.

Is a chevy cobalt a good first car? I seen some that were cheap and some people say they are good cars. Judt wondering.
