Help identifying
A little context, I’m 6’5 and 200 pounds. I’m pretty sure this bike is to small or if it’s not is this a good deal? And what brand is the frame? Any help is appreciated very very new to the biking community and don’t want to spend an arm and a leg on something I can only ride 4 months out of the year
