I am having massive regrets after getting my first hair transplant. I got the procedure one month ago, and I am completely regretting it due to the design, fear of the end result, and what I have been seeing so far.

I have been going through a rough patch, and I think that pushed me into getting a transplant without doing enough research. It ended up not being the best procedure; they drew the hairline just two minutes before I went into the surgery room, and it was very stressful having to make so many decisions on the spot.

Regarding the end result of the design:

1. They gave me a strong widow's peak and an unsymmetrical look that I am not a big fan of.

2. There is not enough density.In my opinion, but the surgeons said it's fine.

3. I found out they put double and triple grafts in the first few millimeters.

I wish I had chosen a very high hairline just to fill up the gaps and have something that looks and feels like I haven't even had a procedure. If I could go back in time, I would just live with what I had.

I wanted to ask if anyone has had a similar experience and was able to correct it:

1. Am I able to laser the widow's peak later to get a higher, more natural-looking hairline?

2. Do I need another transplant to fix this?

Obviously, now that I am a month in, I have shed a lot. I've consulted two other surgeons since the procedure, and they told me, "It's not too bad," and that we will see the result in six months. However, I have a gut feeling that it will look super ugly. I regret it so much.One surgeon said that we can start extracting the double and triple grafts if I don't like them, or draw a new hairline and then remove everything underneath it. I think extracting from the forehead will give me horrible scars, as I'm very prone to scarring.

Has anyone fixed a fake-looking hairline? Has anyone stressed so much about a hair transplant and found out it would look good?

I also feel like the area they implanted is huge for the amount of grafts they used. They said they used 2,200, and they also scattered some in the back.

Has anyone lasered their widow's peak to make it look more normal? They put so many double and triple grafts in the widow's peak itself, I'm sure it will look so ugly.

I'm 3 weeks in and I'm starting to shed the implanted hair. however I'm having regrets about the hairline design and how low it is you can see where my original hair started after the recession however I feel like I've went too low and the density is probably not there what are the solutions to raise it up again or to make it less fake once it heals do I have options.

They placed double and triple grafts on the first line. Am I cooked?The horrible surgeon offered to take them back out, separate them, and plug them back in. Then he lied and said that these are just partially transected follicles and that they will switch to being one in a few months, which is probably bullshit.
