Front passenger door ~2mm misaligned (only this door) — striker won’t adjust inward. Anyone else?

Just noticed my front passenger door has about a 2mm misalignment compared to the rest of the body (gaps look off). All other doors line up perfectly.

Mechanic tried adjusting the striker plate but couldn’t move it any further inward. I am the only owner with no accident history.

Has anyone dealt with this on our car or any new Toyota? Is it worth taking to the dealer or body shop for hinge adjustment, or is there a good DIY way?
