You have heard of Chicken Caesar Salad, and Chicken Caesar Wraps; but have you ever heard of a Chicken Caesar Sandwich?

You have heard of Chicken Caesar Salad, and Chicken Caesar Wraps; but have you ever heard of a Chicken Caesar Sandwich?

I love making sandwiches for my families daily lunches each morning before I go to work. I usually do the same-ish sandwich for us each week, but this week I experimented on a new one for my daughter who absolutely loves Caesar Salads. So I googled ideas for a Chicken Caesar Salad sandwich idea and saw Boarshead had a recipe for one. We gave it a go and my kid has loved it and asked for it all week. I think the trick was finding a good Artesian style bread for the sandwich to replace the croutons experience.

Note: the bread i used was Giant's (major grocery store in my region) Nature's Promise Sourdough Artesian Loaf (baked goods department, not bread aisle).

The build goes like this:

Bread

Shaved Parma cheese

Caesar Dressing

Lettuce

Boarshead EverRoast Chicken Breast (sandwich cut)

Caesar Dressing

Lettuce

Shaved Parma cheese

Bread

My 12 year old daughter highly recommends this sandwich!

Edit: spelling corrections...

Need help identifying the logo on this truck

My wife was driving down Monocacy Blvd behind this truck on her way to work yesterday morning and the truck had stuff flying out of it. My wife said her car got struck by what looked like a hunk of metal. She couldn't catch up to get a good picture of it and this was all she managed to get.

Google says replacing the windshield for our Honda Passport could range anywhere between $660 and $1700 and going through insurance we would have to pay our $500 deductible.

I would like to find the owner of this business and try to get them to pay for the repairs.

Thank you in advance for the help!

Cheese Placement Debate

So this morning as I was preparing to prepare my sandwich to take to work, I noticed I was out of cheese and Chipotle mayo, so I toasted my bread and gathered the ingredients to build the sandwich at work and get the missing parts on the way in.

As I am at my desk crafting my sandwich, one of my coworkers took interest and said, "you put your cheese on the bottom of your sandwich?" And it got me thinking... what would the r/Sandwiches community think?

Me personally, cold sandwiches, I put my cheese on the bottom slice, if i am making a toasted sandwich then I do cheese last.

What is the going consensus here on cheese placement?

Also - here is my spicy turkey club in the making...
