If you could go back 5 years in time.. what skincare advice would you give yourself?

What would you tell your younger self about skincare if you could go back in time?

If I could go back 5 years and give myself some skincare advice it would probably be...

  • Find products with ceramides, cholesterol and fatty acids
  • Chia Seed Oil is goated
  • Get a strategy for how to introduce new products
  • PDRN sounds crazy, but it will change your dry and sensitive skin
  • Don't be afraid of retinoids, "just" use them responsibly
  • ...I'd probably also drop my entire current routine on my younger self, lol

Official merch not being available makes me feel unwanted as a customer

I understand, I really do. It IS difficult to create merch and ensure that it's globally available, especially during this day and age and the politics are what they are. Yet I can't help but feel so incredibly undervalued, unwanted and excluded as a player and as a customer whenever there's these amazing merch drops and there's little to no possibility of me being able to get them.

I love this game so much, but I feel like I'm deliberately being kept at an arms length by Infold whenever there's some new drop and I just know that I will never be able to get anything like it. It's triggering a weird sense of loss whenever new merch is released and it's actively making me feel put off from the game. That in turn makes me incredibly sad as.. again, I love the game, but it feels like I'm not quite allowed to?

Not sure if this even makes sense, but like.. am I alone in feeling like this? How do y'all deal without it affecting your love for the game?

And before you come at me, I get it, it's just material things and you can't have everything you want in life and yada yada, but.. Urgh. I just want the pretty things to remind me of the game when I'm not playing it. *cries in Europan* 😭

Are you struggling, or have you found a way to take care of your skin?
Have you maybe even found the skincare routine? Got any favourite products, ingredients or realisations that changed your (skincare) world?

Navigating the world with dry and sensitive skin can be daunting, but hopefully there will be something amongst the comments that can help. Or, maybe you're the one to change another person's skin by dropping some advice? ❤️

Taking care of your skin is taking care of your health.

The skin is our largest organ, and I think that's easy to forget. It has important functions that helps keeping you alive by protecting you, and it helps you navigate the world by giving you sensory input. Everybody deserves to be healthy and have healthy skin. That includes you. You deserve to feel good within your skin and your body.

You wouldn't berate someone for treating their heart if they had heart issues, or their lungs if they had lung issues. At that point you'd expect them to get professional help, and yet we don't do that for our skin. I'm not saying "run to the doctor!!", but I hope that statement will serve as a point of reflection. Be kind to yourselves.
