Desperately need help…

Hi all, I could really use some help deciphering what is happening.

Background
Period was July 20-25.
Suspected ovulation was August 1-3.
20yrs old, diagnosed with Lean PCOS at 16, high DHEAS.
Been TTC for around 6-7 months.

Around two days ago, I tested and received a faint positive. Husband and I were overjoyed, but cautious so we continued testing. Note that I was also experiencing what could be interpreted as pregnancy symptoms.

The next day, yesterday, I tested again in the morning and noticed the line seemed fainter than before. I had a very sharp cramp-like pain, like none I’ve had before, around 11:00AM, and I felt like something was wrong so I went and got a Quant hCG test. Then I continued testing throughout the day (little to no fluid for better accuracy, idk lol) and the line disappeared altogether.

Today I received my hCG Beta results and my level was 16… my tests have been faint positives and negatives all day today as well. I got another hCG test done today (early, I know) and am going back for another to see if my levels are declining or improving in a few days.

Please help!!!! I just want to know if this is normal or something of concern. Has anyone else experienced this? I am freaking out and feel so dumb that I don’t know if this is normal.

Thank you in advance.

OPINIONS NEEDED: Are these positive tests?

I’ve taken quite a few because I really can’t tell. Do these look like very early positives to y’all?
I’m 12 days (suspected) post ovulation with an irregular cycle due to lean PCOS. Last period was July 20-25.

Thanks for all the help!

Confused! Please help!

My pregnancy tests from today- did not use morning pee as I forgot. Took two strip tests and one ClearBlue.

Period was July 20-25, and I was due for my period sometime this week and yesterday had an hour of very light spotting- nothing else now. Around 1.5 weeks post ovulation. However I also have PCOS so my cycles are screwy. Can anyone provide some insight to these results? Am I testing too early? Do yall see the line too??

Been TTC for 6-7 months with no luck, hoping for a good result but don’t want to become delusional about it.

Thank you!!!

PLEASE HELP: Any Advice/Experience Appreciated

Hello all, before I begin this post let me share my medical history and details of my PCOS for clarity. I am 20 years old and 5'3, 115lbs if it matters.

I have lean, Adrenal PCOS, I was diagnosed at 15-16 years old. I have elevated DHEA-S levels- normal testosterone, insulin, etc., though I used to have low estrogen. Old OB/GYN told me upon diagnosis that I would struggle to get/stay pregnant and that my eggs did not make it past follicular stage- was told this at 16 so I don't know.

My primary PCOS symptoms are irregular periods, HEAVY periods, painful cramps/vomiting, trouble maintaining healthy weight (I become underweight very quickly), hormonal acne/oily skin, excess hair growth on body (no Hirsutism though), cyst(s) on ovaries, mood swings during period, and that's about it.

I have been on 50-100mg of Spiro for around 1.5 years, take Resveratrol/Magnesium/Fish Oil, which has helped a lot. Prior to that, my old OB/GYN had me on 5+ different birth controls, none of which worked.

I had a large ovarian cyst removed at 16, uterine polyps removed at 17, and have had EXTREMELY irregular periods since I began at 11. My first ever period was multiple weeks, and I have had a period that lasted 9 months straight, symptoms and all. I also skip periods or have multiple a month.

I exercise 3-5 times a week, eat very healthy (food allergies prohibit me from eating 99% of processed/junk food :(( ), and practice stress reducing activities.

Husband and I have begun trying and we are financially stable, own a home, both have good jobs, and want a child. I do fear if we do not try now, pregnancy may never happen for us. Is there anyone with similar symptoms/similar type of PCOS who had successful pregnancies? If so, what measures did you take and how did you achieve this?

Sorry for the long-winded post, I just wanted to provide all details so there was no confusion. Thank you in advance, I truly appreciate it.
